Do you give refunds?
Once we have received the goods (including returns & exchange form and invoice) you will be refunded the full value of the item being returned. International customers will not be refunded postage. Refer to Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Can I use my Element Marina Mirage VIP Voucher online?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Can I return a SALE item?
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
What happens if I received a wrong or damaged garment?
If you receive a damaged garment or garment/s that you did not order notify the office via email within 48 hours of receiving your package. Returns will not be accepted after 48 hours.
How do I return/exchange an item?

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been confirmed, your delivery details cannot be changed.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed and payment made?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been confirmed. If you need to make any amendments, please email: Shop@ElementMirage.com.au
How much is delivery & how long does it take?
Please allow 1 – 4 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 10 days for Western Australia and Northern Territory.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & PAYPAL. At this time we do not accept AMEX.
Your credit card details are secure with us, we never store any credit card details, it is passed on using the latest SSL encryption.
What are your office opening hours?
Our customer service team is the same as our instore team, at times we will be unavailable to respond straight away, but we will take your contact details and get back to you as soon as possible.
